The Edwardsville Orchestra program
has 600 students in grades 4-12 led by a team of outstanding string faculty. The high school program features three performance based ensembles, Concert Orchestra 1, Concert Orchestra 2 and Symphonic Orchestra
​
The Edwardsville School District Orchestra Program is a place where student learning thrives and provides a welcoming environment for all. We believe that this is because of the incredible students that participate in orchestra, the phenomenal staff who believe that relationships with students are key to optimal learning, and more importantly, the incredible support of our families. Research shows music education helps students stay engaged in school and gain social-emotional skills like perseverance and teamwork.
